Not Really Azulejos, Plate 3 - All Over Print Crew Neck T-Shirt

This one was fun to work on. To begin with, I posterized the photo of the plate. Then I unspooled the pattern using the Polar Coordinates filter. Finally, I overlaid a burlap texture.
