The source photo for this shirt came from Pixabay, as most of the source material I've been using lately does. When I saw this close-up of amber-coloured paint remnants on a sea of dark red rust, I knew immediately that it would be great to work with. The palette is regal, with that gold and scarlet making me think of gold and velvet.
